Soul Sweet is a small handmade business creating fabric accessories and other handmade products with care and love.

Our products are handmade individually or in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, there may be small differences in stitching, pattern placement, measurements, colour, or appearance between products.
These small variations are part of what makes handmade products unique and are not considered defects where the product remains of acceptable quality and fit for its intended purpose.
We make every reasonable effort to display product photographs, colours, measurements, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products, or change product availability at any time.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been made, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where required by law.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. Soul Sweet does not store your full payment card details.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's processes and timelines.
